I am always happy to talk to someone who is in the exploration phase. So, never hesitate to call if you are just curious. |

If you have a medical emergency please contact your veterinarian or local animal emergency facility first. Do not contact me first. Do not wait to hear from me first. I will always insist that you seek the emergency medical assistance your animals need first. Save this valuable time and get your animal the assistance it needs immediately. Please plan ahead when a specific time schedule must be met (planning a trip, etc.). It can sometimes take a week or more to get the appointment time that will work best. HOUSE AND STABLE CALLS An intake is always required prior to your first appointment (more about this below). |

A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for cancellation or you will be charged for the time scheduled. Cancellation must be made by phone. Prior to the first scheduled appointment, an intake is done. Intakes usually run about 15-30 minutes. The intake is required in order to keep your scheduled appointment. Information gathered during the intake figures prominently in the preparation work I do for your appointment. During the intake I will ask some basic questions about you and your companion animals. I will include some brief instructions for the appointment and am also happy to answer any questions you might have about the whole process. Questions you have for your animals will be addressed during the actual appointment. PHOTOS (applies to phone consulatations only) Photos of all the animals in the household are required (even if we are only working with one animal). A photo of any human who participates in the consult must be included. Photos of all humans in the household can be very helpful as well. I will explain this more during the intake. |
Appointments can be scheduled by phone or via e-mail. Dependant on the amount of time that has passed a brief intake may be needed and/or new photos may also be needed. For regular clients with pre-existing payment arrangements, those terms still apply unless you have been personally notified otherwise. |
